01Who we are

myfunads.com is operated by MY FUNADS LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. In this policy, “MyFunAds”, “we” and “us” mean MY FUNADS LLC.

02What this covers

This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it or by email. It doesn't cover:

• the partner platform you reach through Partner login, which is a separate service (see section 06); or
• campaign, traffic and conversion data handled under an advertiser or publisher agreement. That agreement explains how such data is used.

03Information we collect

When you use the contact form

The form also has a hidden field that people never see. If it's filled in, we treat the submission as automated spam and don't send it.

When you email us

We receive your email address, your name as it appears in your email, and whatever you choose to include.

Technical information

• To stop the contact form being abused, our server keeps a hashed (pseudonymised) form of your IP address, rather than the address itself, together with the times of your recent submissions. Only the last 24 hours are counted, and older entries are discarded automatically as the form is used.
• A short operational log records events such as “inquiry sent”, “rate limit reached” or “sending failed”, without your name, email address or message.
• Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page and time of a request, for security and maintenance.

What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and this website doesn't store anything in your browser.
• We don't run a newsletter at the moment. If we start one, we'll ask for your agreement before sending it and update this policy.

04Files in the Creative Studio

The Creative Studio on the Advertisers page lets you preview an image or video in different ad placements. The file you choose is shown through a temporary link inside your own browser. It's never uploaded to our servers, and we can't see it.

The temporary link is released when you choose another file, go back to the sample creative or leave the page.

05How we use it

We use the information you send us:

• to read and reply to your inquiry;
• to discuss and, where we both agree, set up an advertiser, publisher or partnership relationship;
• to keep this website and the contact form secure and free of spam; and
• to meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records or answering lawful requests.

We don't use your details for marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

Legal bases

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the contact form; steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement; our legitimate interests in replying to business enquiries and running and protecting this website; and legal obligations where they apply. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 08).

06Who we share it with

We don't sell the information you send us. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and our email, and only as far as they need it:

Partner login takes you to a separate partner platform hosted by Trackier at mytracker.trackier.io. This policy doesn't cover information you enter there; see the notices shown on that platform.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under their own terms.

07How long we keep it

• Contact form messages and emails: for as long as we need them to reply and to manage any business relationship that follows, then deleted.
• Contact form security records: only the last 24 hours are counted, and older entries are discarded automatically as the form is used.
• Operational log: short event lines without personal details, kept for troubleshooting.
• Server logs kept by our hosting provider: according to the provider's retention settings.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or delete it;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything we did before; and
• complain to your local data protection authority.

To make a request, email advertiser@myfunads.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we'll reply within the time the law requires.

09Security

We protect the information you send us with reasonable measures, including:

• an encrypted (HTTPS) connection for the contact form;
• authenticated, encrypted delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox;
• checks against automated spam and repeated submissions; and
• keeping email credentials out of the website's code.

No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

10Children

MyFunAds is a business service for advertisers and publishers. This website isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has contacted us, email us and we'll delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We'll update this policy when this website or the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
