01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of myfunads.com (“the website”), operated by MY FUNADS LLC. “MyFunAds”, “we” and “us” mean MY FUNADS LLC.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

02Our services and agreements

The website explains MyFunAds' advertising and publishing services and lets you get in touch with us. Nothing on it is an offer or a contract.

Any relationship as an advertiser, publisher or partner, including performance models, payouts, tracking and payment terms, is set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement differs from anything on the website, the agreement applies.

03Examples, demos and mockups

Some parts of the website are illustrative, including:

• the traffic intelligence demo on the Publishers page, whose figures are generated in your browser and labelled as illustrative;
• example charts and dashboards elsewhere on the website; and
• the placement previews in the Creative Studio.

They show how things can work. They aren't live data, and they aren't a promise of any traffic, results or earnings.

04Creative Studio

• Previews are illustrative mockups. They aren't official previews from Meta, Google, LinkedIn or any demand-side platform (DSP), and may differ from how those platforms show ads.
• Choosing a platform or placement doesn't publish, submit or launch anything.
• Files you preview stay in your browser and aren't uploaded (see our Privacy Policy). Only preview files you have the right to use.
• Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other platform names are trademarks of their owners. Their use here doesn't mean they endorse or are affiliated with MyFunAds.

05Acceptable use

When using the website, please don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to it, test its security without permission, or interfere with how it works;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through the contact form, or overload the website; or
• give false details or pretend to be someone else.

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

06Intellectual property

The website's content and design, and the MyFunAds name and logo, belong to MyFunAds or to those who licensed them to us. You may view the website and share links to it. Please don't copy, reuse or adapt its content, name or logo without our written permission.

07Third-party services

The website links to services we don't control, such as the partner platform behind Partner login, and loads fonts and code from third-party providers. Their own terms and policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.

08Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

09Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is” for general information. It isn't professional, legal or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the website beyond those in these terms.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MyFunAds isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute about them may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

12Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if you keep using the website after a change, the updated terms apply.
